VINCI Energies, a global business unit of VINCI Group with 32,000 users and operations across 50 countries, needed to migrate its legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA as part of a “One Single Digital Platform” strategy. The challenge was to validate data integrity and reduce complexity in a full-production environment without causing business disruption, while speeding up rollout and minimizing time and cost.

VINCI used Qlik Gold Client to create lightweight, converted test environments and selectively transfer data (three months and 20 company codes moved in eight hours), with Qlik Consulting supporting methodology and optimization. The result: preparation to go‑live in under a month, rapid and reliable data transfers completed in days, dozens of man‑days saved, reduced storage and complexity, minimal disruption, and an ongoing plan to use Qlik for incremental updates and master data transfers.
