Ferguson Enterprises, the largest distributor of plumbing and HVAC equipment in North America, faced stalled processes and extremely slow BI rollouts after rapid expansion and multiple acquisitions. To speed decision-making and cut costs, the company set out to re‑architect its data platform and shorten its time‑to‑insights.

Ferguson chose Qlik Data Integration to enable near‑real‑time replication for a move to Microsoft Azure, executing a 100‑day sprint to implement Azure Data Lake and Azure Synapse and migrate data from dozens of legacy Oracle and Netezza databases.
