Benjamin Moore, the Montvale, New Jersey–based paint and coverings company, sought to move from a product-centric model to a customer-focused business and needed clearer, faster insights to improve the customer experience and guide executive decisions.

Using Qlik Sense connected to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other systems, Benjamin Moore launched an initial set of 10 analytics apps (with 50 more planned) and embedded reporting in CRM. The new sales dashboard simplified operations, gave the sales team actionable insights, increased data literacy across the organization, and provided executives with a clearer view of the road ahead.
