Airbus, a €70 billion global aerospace manufacturer, needed to accelerate aircraft production while keeping processes consistent, secure and traceable. Its product data management spanned heterogeneous sources—including an IBM mainframe—and required near‑real‑time consolidation so design, production and customer service teams could access the same trusted information.

Airbus deployed Qlik Data Integration (Qlik Replicate) on more than ten production servers to replicate data from Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and mainframes into central on‑premise warehouses (APS, ACMM). Running 150+ replication tasks with CDC and support from Qlik Professional Services, the solution improved transfer performance, consolidated disparate sources into a single platform and delivered near‑real‑time access—enabling accurate parts/process tracking and faster, better production decisions.
