Qlik data analytics supports leading agricultural co-operative in digital transformation

Castrolanda is a large Brazilian agricultural co‑operative with about 1,000 farmer members and 3,000 employees, operating across multiple states and producing significant volumes of milk and meat. Facing a legacy, in‑person business model and a wealth of unstructured farm and operational data, the co‑op needed to digitally transform to give members self‑service access to insights and to modernize its image to retain younger generations.

Castrolanda implemented Qlik Sense on the Qlik Analytics Platform with training from Qlik Continuous Classroom and partner Target Soluções, building a mobile‑friendly portal and planning a data warehouse/data lake for integrated analytics. As a result, members will be able to access business insights from their homes or farms, improving decision‑making, profitability and member engagement while helping the co‑op evolve into a digital organization that can attract and retain younger members.
