Qlik Cloud® enables C40 to share climate analysis and insights with 840,000 people worldwide

C40 is a global network of 96 mayors mobilizing cities to halve emissions by 2030. To inform science‑based policy and share best practices, C40 needed to acquire, blend and analyze large, disparate climate and city datasets, but manual processes were slow, error‑prone and could not scale to meet demand.

C40 implemented Qlik Cloud—using cloud-based data integration, dashboards and AI/ML—to automate blending, speed analysis and make insights broadly accessible. The platform now processes large datasets quickly, supports around 260 users and public dashboards used by 840,000 people across 17,000 municipalities, saves analysts hours of work and has driven concrete actions (for example, identifying methane waste sites in Accra that led to closures and policy change).
