Qlik allows Viverae to track IoT data to engage members and validate corporate wellness programs

Viverae, a Dallas-based workplace wellness provider, uses IoT and wearable data to design employee health challenges and help employers manage claims and reduce risk. The company struggled with time-consuming, error-prone manual spreadsheet reporting that made it difficult to display member health and program effectiveness metrics and to answer client questions quickly.

To solve this, Viverae’s Information Management & Analytics team implemented QlikView, NPrinting and later Qlik Sense with support from Axis Group to automate reporting and build interactive dashboards. The new solution cut manual work and errors, enabled real-time answers during meetings, improved visibility for CFO/COO and client teams on SLAs and engagement, and positioned the company for a full Qlik Sense migration and continued efficiency gains.
