They implemented QlikView as the front end for their LCAT spend‑analysis platform, giving users fast, self‑service drilldowns and customised reports. Analysis time fell from half a day to half an hour, enabling immediate insights that helped deliver £3 million in savings in year one, a forecasted £24 million over five years, and about £30,000 a year in reduced reporting costs, while improving procurement governance and decision‑making.
