Pergo, a Trelleborg, Sweden–based manufacturer of high‑quality laminate flooring with about $450M in revenue and 650 employees, needed to give sales reps immediate visibility into retailer performance and gain faster insight to react to changing demand.

Pergo deployed QlikView to roughly 350 users across six functions (executive, sales, service & support, supply chain, operations, finance) plus Six Sigma teams, aggregating Movex (IBM System i), Excel and text data via QlikView Server and Publisher. The rollout took two weeks (versus 13 months for Cognos) and now serves 90% of the BI community; it accelerated identification and removal of slow‑moving patterns and cut inventory levels by weeks without impacting service.
