Panasonic Netherlands (Haagtechno and Kompro), an ISO-9001/ISO-14001 certified distributor of consumer and business electronics, struggled to extract timely, usable management information from its ERP (TMAS). Existing query tools were slow, produced mountains of printed reports, and couldn’t deliver the on-demand insight managers needed to respond to the market.
Working with partner JIS, Panasonic deployed QlikView—rolling the solution out to 44 users in under two weeks—by nightly-loading ERP and CRM data and first building service dashboards, then adding sales and CRM views. The result was fast, self‑service analytics that improved sales and service performance, cut paper, storage and transport costs, and was delivered on schedule and on budget.
