Miller Insurance Services LLP, a leading London wholesale broker operating internationally and at Lloyd’s, relied on the OpenTWINS broking system for policies, premiums and claims. Their existing SQL Server Replication approach to copy data from OpenTWINS to internal SQL Server databases was slow and fragile — initial snapshots could take a full day, latency built up, troubleshooting often took hours and required overnight IT work, and business users frequently lacked up-to-date information.

Miller replaced that process with Qlik Replicate, whose GUI-based setup and strong Proof of Concept enabled fast adoption.
