MarktSelect B.V., a Graydon Holding company and leading Dutch B2B database‑marketing specialist, needed a more flexible analytics tool to measure and improve marketing and sales effectiveness. Excel proved too static: clients wanted up‑to‑date, readable management information, the ability to compare customers to the wider market, and to link data from many different customer systems and formats.

MarktSelect deployed QlikView to 30 employees and numerous customers in under three weeks, using QlikView Server to handle large volumes, security and diverse data sources. The solution quickly produced visual, linked analyses of customer, product, price and sales data—enabling campaign measurement, clearer market opportunity identification, predictive scenario planning and ongoing development of new analyses, which together improved campaign effectiveness and set the stage for personalized one‑to‑one communication.
