Tulikivi Oyj, the world’s largest manufacturer of heat‑retaining fireplaces with roughly EUR 60M in sales and about 500 employees, needed faster, more flexible analysis to support a new product‑group strategy. Their legacy BI was slow and inflexible, causing meetings to drag while people waited for inconsistent reports and analyses that didn’t meet needs.

Tulikivi implemented QlikView v9 alongside IBS ASW, Maestro and Lotus Notes (with partner Infrastone), adopting a web interface that delivered real‑time reporting and rapid deployment (first app in under a week; new users onboard in ~15 minutes). The result: quicker, self‑service analysis, better insights into customer potential, higher sales conversion rates, elimination of low‑margin products, improved cost reporting and overall productivity, with ~40 internal and ~30 retailer users already benefiting.
