Results included a 10% reduction in customer churn (adding millions in revenue), a drop in missed outbound scan rates from 8.3% to 2.3% in 30 days (now under 1%), broader data literacy, and hundreds of automated supplier reports—with plans to use predictive analytics to address churn earlier.
