Kuveyt Turk Supports its Growth in Turkey with QlikView

Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası, a leading Turkish participation bank founded in 1989, faced challenges turning dispersed operational records and list-format reports into fast, visual and easily interpreted management information. After building a data warehouse in 2008, the bank still needed a reporting solution that delivered visualisation, speed and comparative analysis for senior managers and business units.

Kuveyt Türk implemented QlikView (100-user licence) to centralise reporting and deliver interactive “customer cockpits” used by senior management. The solution cut report development from about a month to a week, reduced IT workload by roughly 25%, and shortened sector-analysis tasks from several days to one, while improving corporate transparency, faster decision-making and easier benchmarking; the bank is now extending QlikView across business units and planning mobile deployment.
