KFC Europe, a leading quick-service restaurant operator across six Western European markets with 10 distribution centres and 300 suppliers, faced a complex end-to-end supply chain challenge: collecting multi-source internal and external data and presenting it in SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) terms to transparently drive ethics, sustainability, quality and cost performance.
Partnering with Data Technology, KFC implemented Qlik analytics and NPrinting to integrate distribution network and internal data into role-specific dashboards for procurement, food safety and quality assurance. The platform created a single live view of performance, boosting visibility and stakeholder confidence (including 200 franchisees), improving prioritization and efficiency, and freeing resources to protect and grow the brand.
