Implementing The Production Performance Analysis System In Group Of Companies Danone-Unimilk

Group of companies Danone‑Unimilk, Russia’s largest dairy producer with about 30 factories and many well‑known brands, faced slow, error‑prone production efficiency reporting: MES data were exported to Excel, causing long preparation times, possible data contamination and limited hourly analysis needed to meet corporate reporting standards and to evaluate equipment‑improvement measures. The company required a BI solution that supported the corporate report format, an associative data model, scheduled updates, web and mobile access, and 24/7 availability.

Infosystems Jet implemented QlikView Business Discovery in an iterative rollout, pulling MES data into an intermediate store and an in‑memory associative model to deliver KPI dashboards and hourly, line‑level analysis accessible via browser or mobile (with an offline client). The system sped up report preparation, enabled operational monitoring of line efficiency and shutdown causes, supported flexible multi‑angle analysis and easier administration, and improved decision‑making across production and management.
