ILCo (Integrated Logistics Company) manages the Dalrymple Bay Coal Chain, a complex export supply chain with 14 stakeholders handling millions of tonnes of coal. ILCo worked with SIBA Solutions to agree 79 common KPIs and implemented the SIBA PMF on QlikView, aggregating participants’ CSV data into a single in‑memory repository.
