Halton Group improves customer relations with QlikView

Halton Group is a Finland‑founded international manufacturer of indoor climate products with about 800 employees and roughly €100M in annual revenue, operating in 16 countries. As the company grew it found its legacy ERP and SAP BW reporting were complex, inflexible and required IT support, limiting cross‑platform visibility and hindering supply‑chain efficiency, CRM and financial analysis.

Halton replaced its old warehouse reporting with QlikView, deploying dashboards to about 75 users across seven functions in under a week and connecting directly to SAP BW via a connector. The result was centralized, self‑service reporting with customizable views and minute‑level report creation, reduced IT intervention, better tracking of sales, profitability and operations, and improved supply‑chain efficiency and customer relations.
