Greenway Automotive Group, a Florida-based operator of 46 full-service dealerships across several states, struggled with siloed data and limited visibility because dealer management systems (DMS) are built for single sites. With only daily updates and little ability to drill down or generate automated reports, enterprise-level reporting, trend analysis and reliable forecasting were difficult and time-consuming.
Greenway implemented DI Squared’s fast-track Qlik solution (Qlik Sense + NPrinting) on top of its new CDK DMS to consolidate data from multiple sources, deliver enterprise dashboards and automated daily/weekly/monthly reports, and provide drill-down templates for finance, sales and parts. The rollout—used by about 280 staff—enabled better forecasting and decision-making, transformed the group into a connected unit and cut license/support costs by $250,000 a year, while delivering faster, more actionable reporting.
