Good Health is a New Zealand manufacturer and distributor of natural health supplements with a core team of about 58 staff and international customers. Although the company ran Exact ERP, growing demand for customised reports, heavy ad hoc communication, poor visibility into manufacturing and distribution, and limited insight into slow‑moving product lines made reporting slow and inefficient.

In March 2012 Good Health deployed QlikView Server (with partner Endeavour), integrated it with Exact and made dashboards available on desktops, iPads and to an external partner. The solution eliminated manual report preparation with shared templates, cut ad hoc communications, improved tracking of manufacturing, distribution and sampling, gave sales teams up‑to‑date customer and SKU insights (including non‑selling items), and delivered measurable efficiency and service improvements across the business within months.
