Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) is a major Indian FMCG company with national distribution covering over 650,000 retailers. GCPL faced duplicated, slow and static reporting from its SAP BI environment, which hampered timely decision‑making and forced teams to wait for manually prepared reports instead of accessing actionable data.

Working with partner Green Cube Infotech, GCPL deployed QlikView 11 across the sales team (350 users) — integrating SAP, the Distributor Management System and other sources — in about three months with no formal user training. The self‑service, near‑real‑time dashboards eliminated reporting delays, improved decision accuracy and productivity, delivered the first application on schedule, and set the stage for expansion to supply chain, finance and international locations.
