Federazione Lombarda di Banche di Credito Cooperativo (FLBCC) is a federation that provides legal, fiscal, risk and strategic services to 46 local banks in Lombardy and must process about 1 million data lines (24 million records) each month. Its in‑house analytics platform was slow, required frequent manual intervention, and couldn’t produce the longer-term, regulator‑required reports the federation needed.

FLBCC replaced the legacy system with QlikView—rolled out to 130 document users and four named users within 20 days—which automated data imports from Excel, CSV, TXT and ODBC sources and enabled self‑service analysis. The change cut big‑data import time by 50%, raised staff productivity by 20%, reduced human error and saved at least one working day per month while improving benchmarking and faster decision making.
