Namaste Direct is a Guatemala-based nonprofit that provides financial literacy, mentoring and microloans to low-income, female entrepreneurs (over 4,000 women supported since 2004). The organization struggled with paper records, manual Excel transfers and slow, error-prone reporting, making it hard to respond to donor requests or track client progress across nearly 400 active clients.
By implementing QlikView and enterprise Qlik Sense dashboards, Namaste automated data ingestion, gained real-time, multi-level visibility into client and loan performance, and built donor-facing reports. The new analytics cut report creation from three days to about 30 minutes, improved program targeting (including COVID-19 responses), increased donor transparency and helped secure additional grants.
