Deroma, an Italian-headquartered leader in industrial terracotta products with €100M in revenue and over 2,000 employees, needed better ways to track production, oversee the nine companies in its group, and streamline management data into actionable insight across markets and functions.

In under a month Deroma rolled out QlikView to 40 users across sales, operations, supply chain and finance via QlikView Server to consolidate orders, production, inventory and financial history. The solution improved visibility into sales and margins, boosted operational performance (quantity, quality, processing time), consolidated foreign‑market reporting and enabled analysis of five years of history for budgeting and planning.
