The solution consolidated BOMAS, Beaufort, Plancare and Ortec Harmony data to give managers daily, real‑time insight into costs, revenue, FTEs and productivity, drove high user adoption, measurable improvements in decision‑making and scenario planning, and enabled cost‑saving opportunities without adding administrative staff.
