The Consumer division of a major UK communications provider aimed to make a BT product available in every household but faced fragmented brand data across multiple siloes and warehouses. They needed a single, trusted view of household-level data and a way for business users to explore it confidently without heavy analyst dependence.

Using Qlik Sense, GeoAnalytics and Continuous Classroom, the Data Visualisation team delivered reusable apps that combine datasets into a consumer-wide household view and enable on‑the‑fly analytics. The solution cut lengthy analyst requests (which could take up to two weeks), put answers into users’ hands in “six or fewer clicks,” increased data confidence, and accelerated onboarding and upskilling across the organisation.
