Dah Chong Hong (DCH) is a Hong Kong–based distributor with more than 70 years’ experience in FMCG and pharmaceuticals across 12 Asian economies. Facing rapid expansion and varied ERP configurations across countries, DCH needed better customer and operational insight, faster reporting and a user-friendly, self-service analytics tool to improve efficiency and control costs.

DCH implemented Qlik Sense (initially 290 licenses) alongside a standard, roll‑outable data model to harness ERP data across ten countries. The solution delivers instant sales, inventory and credit-control reports that once took half a day to compile, boosting productivity, reducing manpower costs, and giving management timely business intelligence; DCH is now also exploring Qlik’s ML/AI features for future forecasting.
