DIGITURK, Turkey’s first and only digital TV platform, serves 2.5 million customers with 170 channels across film, sports, news and more. Rapid growth revealed gaps in its information systems: departments from senior management to marketing and call centre needed faster, consistent reporting on churn, acquisition, sales and finance, while legacy ad‑hoc tools created high maintenance costs, inconsistent data and poor performance.

DIGITURK implemented QlikView for an initial 50 users, building visual “management cockpits” that integrate data from multiple sources and enable real‑time, drill‑down analysis (400 million rows were loaded in 4.5 hours during rollout). The solution standardized reporting, cut delivery and maintenance overhead, surfaced previously unseen insights, and gave teams instant, actionable visibility across the business—driving faster decisions and wider adoption across departments.
