CSG Het Noordik Improves Quality Proactively And According To Policy

CSG Het Noordik is a broad-based secondary school in the Netherlands with four branches and about 3,000 students. Facing a largely reactive approach to quality assurance, the school needed a management information platform that turned existing Magister data into timely, actionable steering information aligned with the Dutch Inspectorate’s performance indicators.

Het Noordik implemented the Magister Managementinformatie Platform and Rendementen App (QlikView-based, developed by TIG and SchoolMaster), a plug-and-play BI solution deployed in a day that pulls nightly data and enables intuitive drill-down analysis. The platform sped up reporting, revealed data deviations up to a year earlier, supports departmental and individual reporting, and shifted the school from reactive to proactive, policy-driven quality management.
