National Credit Adjusters (NCA) is a consumer debt purchaser and collections specialist that acquires charged-off loan portfolios and works to recover payments. Facing limited data tools and manual processes, NCA needed faster, more granular analytics to value portfolios, incorporate external data, empower agents, and scale performance monitoring beyond spreadsheets.
NCA implemented Qlik—starting with QlikView, moving to Qlik Sense SaaS on Qlik Cloud and exploring Qlik AutoML—to centralize diverse data sources and deliver near‑real‑time KPIs to frontline staff. The results include about 150 daily Qlik users, rapid app development (26 new apps in a year), improved portfolio valuation and agent effectiveness, richer external-data integration, and upcoming payer‑prediction models to target collections more precisely.
