Legacy tools left insights siloed in an “ivory tower,” so Cisco ran a multi-year BI bake-off to find a scalable, user-friendly platform.
Cisco deployed QlikView to consolidate data into self-service dashboards, enabling users to rapidly slice and dice information, spot sales opportunities and risks, and streamline marketing and financial planning. The solution reduced time to insight, improved customer and partner satisfaction, saved about $4 million, identified over $100 million in support renewals, and helped close some of the largest services deals in Cisco’s history.
