Cheshire & Wirral Partnership (CWP) is a Chester‑based provider of mental health, learning disability and drug/alcohol services in the north of the UK, with an annual budget of $190 million and over 2,700 employees. CWP needed to make its business intelligence more flexible, intuitive and easier for clinicians and managers to use.

CWP deployed QlikView for service-line reporting, rapidly implementing dashboards and balanced scorecards in weeks and using QlikView Server to aggregate millions of rows from multiple sources. As a result, clinicians can lead service development and quality improvement, managers have information at their fingertips, reporting lead times have been reduced, and the analytics now support investment and budgetary decisions.
