Caravajal enables analytics for over 300 businesses with Qlik

Carvajal SA, a 19,000‑employee Colombian conglomerate with extensive industrial and technology operations, needed to turn growing volumes of disparate transactional and market data into actionable intelligence for customers and internal teams. Existing tools—primarily spreadsheets—couldn’t scale to process data across thousands of retailers, suppliers and document types or present integrated sales, inventory and marketing metrics clearly.

Partnering with Manar, Carvajal migrated from QlikView to Qlik Cloud (Qlik Sense) in a hybrid deployment, adding Insight Advisor, natural‑language querying and automated reporting to simplify analysis and reduce infrastructure burden. The platform now serves over 300 customer companies (about 800 users), has driven a 10% increase in user numbers and associated sales, and delivers faster, multilingual insights into sales, inventory and marketing, with plans to add Qlik AutoML for enhanced predictive capabilities.
