Bliss, a New York–based body and skincare retailer and spa services provider with 15 spas worldwide, struggled to reconcile data from three disparate ERP systems across its spa, retail and B2B lines. The lack of fast, flexible and accurate reporting left managers without timely cross-business visibility and slowed decision-making.
Bliss deployed QlikView to 35 users in the US and Europe in a six-week rollout, aggregating data from CommercialWare, SYSPRO, Book4Time, SQL Server and DB2 to deliver real-time sales, marketing, financial and HR analysis. The solution cut spa staffing costs by about 30–40%, made cross-business sales data available in real time (previously a two-day process), eliminated two days of weekly inventory prep, and provided a consolidated view of the entire business.
