Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, matches children (“Littles”) with screened adult mentors (“Bigs”) through a network of about 350 local agencies. Faced with siloed legacy systems that made matching, grant tracking, and donor reporting slow and error-prone, the organization needed a centralized, easy-to-use information platform to improve program quality and demonstrate outcomes to funders.
