Bianchi - Customer Case Study

Bianchi - Cycleurope, a 120‑year‑old Italian bicycle manufacturer (headquartered in Treviglio) and part of Cycleurope since 1997, generates about €40M in revenue with 80 employees. The company needed a unified reporting tool to ensure consistent data and presentation across the group, give management better decision‑making capabilities, and address critical issues in sales, procurement and warehousing.

Bianchi deployed QlikView to roughly 75 users across executive, sales and supply‑chain functions, using QlikView Server and Publisher to aggregate multiple databases and delivering analytics apps in about one week each. The solution improved visibility into operational issues, reduced reporting effort, enabled faster corrective actions on anomalies, and delivered a roughly 1:10 cost‑to‑benefit return, prompting additional investment in reporting and analysis.
