Bainbridge International, a century-old manufacturer and distributor of sailcloth and specialty textiles serving more than 100 countries, needed a competitive edge to better track customer behavior and boost sales. With a broad product range and a 50-user Navision ERP, the company wanted a “finger on the pulse” tool to identify customer “drift,” support cross-selling, and improve salesperson preparedness.
