Anurag University empowers students with the Qlik Academic Program

Anurag University, a Hyderabad-based institution training about 6,000 students, faced a skills gap: students had limited hands-on experience with leading analytics tools and the market needed more work-ready data analysts. The university wanted a practical, scalable way to boost data literacy and employability so graduates could meet growing industry demand.

Anurag supplemented its curriculum with the Qlik Academic Program—providing Qlik Sense SaaS, the Qlik Learning Portal and certifications—while empowering a student-run Data Analytics Club to teach peers and run a Qlik-themed hackathon and bootcamp. The initiative delivered hands-on experience, industry-relevant projects and certifications, improving employability, producing market-ready graduates and driving strong student interest in data analytics.
