ADP Netherlands BV, part of ADP Inc., provides HR, payroll, tax and benefits administration to about 1.2 million employees across 6,000 companies. Facing static, customized reports from legacy tools (Cognos/Clarion) and growing demand for fast, flexible HR insight, ADP needed a dynamic BI solution that let customers and line managers create reports, analyze data and support HR accountability.

ADP implemented QlikView (building a data warehouse for Pion), developed about 150 reports plus a KPI dashboard, and rolled the solution into its other HR systems and web/SaaS offerings. Today over 2,500 clients use QlikView Reporting & Analysis, delivering faster insight, higher customer satisfaction and loyalty, improved win/loss rates, and a clear competitive differentiator for ADP.
