Empresas ADOC, founded in El Salvador in 1953 and now the largest shoe manufacturer and leading retailer in Central America with 250 stores, wanted to become fully customer‑centric but was hampered by siloed data across SAP, spreadsheets, PDFs and in‑house apps. Slow, unreliable reporting meant critical decisions could take up to four weeks, limiting responsiveness across finance, sales and supply chain.

Working with partner Pensertrust, ADOC consolidated data into BigQuery and deployed Qlik Data Integration, Qlik Data Analytics, Qlik Replicate and Qlik AutoML to deliver unified dashboards and predictive analytics. The new environment cuts decision time from weeks to days, provides a single source of truth, improves data accessibility and literacy, and enables actions—such as weather‑driven stock relocations—that enhance the customer experience.
