O2, a fast-growing home care services leader in France with 600 branches, needed a more reliable and agile way to share data and support decision-making across the business. The company wanted to reduce manual reporting, improve branch autonomy, and build new HR dashboards for recruitment and retention, so it evaluated several BI tools before choosing Qlik Cloud Analytics.
Qlik implemented Qlik Cloud Analytics with support from partner Excelcio, using prototyping and mentoring to fit the needs of different teams. The rollout quickly reached nearly 1,000 trained users, with half logging in daily, and gave branches real-time access to sales, customer, and HR insights. As a result, O2 improved data governance, saved staff time on analysis, and created a foundation for broader deployment across the Oui Care group.
