Qlik implemented Qlik Analytics across The Rudd Group’s operations, enhanced with OpenAI, to unify service, machine, and business data into central dashboards. The results included machine swap success rates rising from 59% to 83%, monthly reporting time falling from 80 hours to under one hour, and service call-outs dropping 5% year over year, saving more than £120,000.
