E17-Ziekenhuisnetwerk, a Belgian network of eight hospitals, needed a more user-friendly way to deliver self-service business information, connect multiple data sources, and track key performance indicators across patient care, finance, and inventory. With Qlik, E17-Ziekenhuisnetwerk unified data from warehouses, SQL databases, billing systems, SAP, and spreadsheets, creating fast and reliable dashboards and reports. The results included insights from operational to director level, nearly 5,000 self-service end users, and shared use cases across hospitals, along with improved data quality and stronger decision-making in areas like materials management, billing, and patient administration.
