Bystronic, a Swiss sheet-metal processing specialist with 3,500 employees and operations worldwide, needed a unified, reliable way to manage high-volume data from multiple systems and give teams access to accurate reporting wherever they were. Working with Qlik, the company looked to improve self-service analytics and support a global, always-on business with better access to information across finance, sales, supply chain, and other functions.

Qlik implemented Qlik Sense as a single source of truth and Qlik Answers to add AI-based chatbots connected to SharePoint. The results included 500 users across Australia to the US, more than 25 streams and 85 applications, and faster access to unstructured information; measurable impact included a 50% reduction in customer service tickets, a 40% cut in staff onboarding time, and a 30% reduction in repetitive IT support tickets.
