With more than two million customers and field teams spread across 30+ cities, ACT struggled with slow, inconsistent manual reporting that limited benchmarking and faster decision-making. Qlik implemented streamlined analytics that consolidated data from multiple locations and turned reporting from hours into minutes, processing over 2.5 GB of data daily and delivering nearly 6,000 reports a day at peak. The result was stronger customer retention, faster issue resolution, better revenue collection tracking, and more strategic field engineer deployment; ACT also doubled its daily case closure rate and accelerated new network reporting/prototyping from years to about six months.
