Case Study: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center achieves stronger nursing informatics learning with Qlik

Qlik® Academic Program turns data into valuable learning experiences, empowering students and faculty at TTUHSC

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) needed a better way to build students’ data visualization and analytics skills while supporting scenario-based, real-world nursing informatics learning. With limited preceptor access and tighter security requirements, TTUHSC turned to Qlik and the Qlik Academic Program to give students meaningful hands-on experience.

TTUHSC implemented Qlik Sense through the Qlik Academic Program, gaining free access to software, training, lesson plans, and learning resources. As a result, students can quickly build use cases, see data come alive through powerful visualizations, and strengthen their résumés with practical skills and credentials.
