Case Study: CCPB achieves successful remote audits with QLBS QuantumLeap

CCPB srl, an Italian certification body, needed to complete a GlobalG.A.P. IFA audit in Lebanon during the coronavirus pandemic, when travel restrictions made an on-site visit impossible. Using QLBS’s QuantumLeap platform, the team was able to run the audit remotely with an auditor in Egypt, a producer in Lebanon, and a reviewer in Italy.

QLBS enabled real-time evidence sharing through the cloud: the producer uploaded photos, files, and comments from a smartphone or tablet, the auditor completed the checklist remotely, and the reviewer verified the results. The audit was successfully completed and then uploaded automatically to the GlobalG.A.P Audit Online database. CCPB reported a smooth process, strong user adoption, and 37MB of evidence uploaded, showing that QLBS’s remote audit approach worked well both during the pandemic and as a more efficient option for future audits.
