North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is the nation’s leading single-specialty anesthesia and pain management company, with nearly 5,000 clinicians across hundreds of healthcare facilities. Faced with multiple disparate scheduling and timekeeping systems, heavy spreadsheet use, and inconsistent pay-rule management, NAPA struggled with payroll errors, limited visibility, and time-consuming rework.
To address these challenges, NAPA implemented QGenda Advanced Scheduling and QGenda Time and Attendance for Providers to create a single, schedule-driven source of truth. QGenda automated time validation, supported more than 1,000 pay rules, and integrated with payroll processes, helping NAPA accelerate payroll cycles and improve clinician satisfaction. As a result, NAPA reduced its payroll error rate to 0.33% year to date, achieved 99.66% payroll accuracy, and gained better data visibility for enterprise-wide decision-making.
