Defense Information Systems Agency restores remote document access in weeks with QFlow Systems

A division within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) faced challenges with its legacy document management system, EDMS, which was difficult to maintain and could not support remote work. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced employees to work from home, they lost access to the system entirely. QFlow Systems provided a solution with its QAction platform.

QFlow Systems implemented a tailored, web-based version of QAction to replace the legacy system. This allowed DISA employees to securely access and process contract documents from anywhere, restoring productivity during the pandemic. The solution also reduced the IT burden, as the software no longer required installation on individual workstations and is continuously updated by QFlow Systems.
